This pump is quiet and works great. Not sure how long it will last, as the last one only lasted 1 year. Hoping this one will last way longer.

Little Giant WGP-80-GPH water pump I choose this pump because it was the right size for my pond and the price was reasonable. Amazon makes ordering online a pleasure. I want to thank you so much for your quick response. The first time ordering this pump it lasted over 5 years and did a wonderful job. After it finally went bad I ordered another pump, same kind but for some reason I noticed it made a noise and it seemed like the flow wasn't as great as the first one. I went ahead and used the pump and it lasted less than a year. I called amazon told them my problem . The pump was in warranty, I told them to ship me another one which they did in 2 days. I thought I had a bad problem when That pump went out but amazon made it so simple for me. I didn't have my proof of purchase so I was worried I was going to have to purchase another. Amazon had all the information needed and they were so nice and took my word that my pump was bad and shipped another in two days. Couldn't have went any better. Thank You, Robert Whetstone

The pump is so powerful and it was exactly what my pond needed. Cleared up the water in 2 weeks.

I purchased this product because it has good ratings and a 3 year warranty. This product worked great for the first 15 months then it failed without warning or any signs of an issue leading up to the failure. I just came out one morning and it wasn't working. It certainly has a lot of power and moves water quite well. I was really pleased with this pump and I would have given it a higher rating if it lasted the full time of the warranty however my opinion of this pump has changed since its failure and the difficulty in claiming the warranty. I am still trying to work out the details of the warranty claim which is proving difficult through Amazon. I'm going to be trying a different pump for my pond and hopefully my new selection will be more reliable. Good luck if you purchase this pump I hope you have better luck then I.

Great suction and flow for my pond skimmer and waterfall supply!

My first one lasted around 12 years and in fact it is still going but it starts to squeal when the water drops low. So I got a new one for back up. I must say it seems a bit louder than the older one but once submerged it is not very noticeable. This thing pumps like a beast and has two outputs to boot. I have it running a small waterfall and I had to regulate the flow to slow it down a bit. I just removed the plug on the other output and that toned it down a bit. Nice long cord and a thermal breaker make this a no brainer. Can be ran horizontal or vertical with no issue. I also got it in sale so watch for that. Only strange thing is that the data tag states "indoor use only" not sure why.

Very powerful discharge for the price.

Works perfectly as described, with the dual outlets we have one to our waterfall's and the other to a fountain in the pond, works great and our pond now looks perfect again. I would buy again if we ever need an additional pump.
