Chakir Turkish Linens Checkered Pattern Turkish Cotton White Towel (Set of 6)

The quality is actually understated in the Amazon description. Thick, durable, thirsty and attractive. Most towels I've used before warp at the ends because of the custom pattern of cotton near the edges. These don't. Cotton isn't actually white. After harvesting and ginning, most cotton has a slight yellow hue. This cotton has been processed in a fine mill. The white is bright white. I would suggest a cold wash and delicate dry the first time around. Cotton does not like heat in the first round. Really fine quality. Remarkable value.

Unsatisfied.Pros:¤ towel set feels like great quality. Perfect sizing and crisp white (out of package).¤ After the first wash, seams separate, threads hang and the crisp white has a tint. I did not use bleach or detergent with any dyes. It was a clear organic detergent and a natural softener. I even washed the set by themselves so this wouldnt occur.The fabric has some soft spots, but majority of it is now rough. Unlike when I first opened the package. Wishing I would've handwashed these. But figured a delicate cycle wouldn't be harsh.¤ I wouldn't recommend if high luxurious quality was your priority.

These are really great towels, for any price. At this price, they are positively a steal. Time will tell how they hold up to washings. I've had numerous sets of 'spa' towels that did not feel as luxurious and thick as these do. The checkerboard pattern is much softer than the usual ribbon, and lets the ends of the towel be useful.

These are good towel not Luxury towels found better at similar price point at costco.

If you're looking for your typical hotel towel- the kind you want to take home with you- this one is it. Not as soft as I would've liked, but spa- quality nonetheless.
