Does this rice have to be soaked overnight before use?

No soaking overnight is not required . Excellent quality rice .

I usually take around 40 minutes or slightly longer depending on how much stock I add at a time. I soften onions in oil for about 5 mins then add my rice I mix the two well then add a ladle of stock and continue doing this when it’s absorbed until your stock is finished and the rice is creamy. I then add pre cooked mushrooms and stir them in. A wee grate of a nice cheese as you plate it up and mmmmm.
