I am a coffee lover, but I'm also quite lazy when it comes from brewing coffee, so instant coffee is my way to go.Mount Hagen instant coffee is not the best coffee I ever drank, bit it's the best instant one I ever found. I like both the regular and the decaffeinated, I always have a stock in my pantry. It's the strong warm roasted-bitter taste I like in coffee, and it somehow smells a little like freshly brewed coffee.Except the taste, I really like the quality, that it's not a fine powder, the fact that it's organic (better for me and the environment), freeze dried (no nasty chemicals) and in a recyclable packaging.The coffee dissolves instantly in both hot and cold water, and I never noticed any residue at the bottom of my mug.The foam is nice and quite thick at first, but it dissolves rather quickly.The 3 jars in the bag came all wrapped up in bubble wrap, wasteful in terms of packaging, but making sure that they all arrived safely intact. Well, one jar had a small chip on the lid, but so do often the jars I buy at my local grocery store. The jars are sealed.And at under $10 per jar, this pack it's the best price I ever found.Expiration date for product ordered in July 2020 is February 2023, so plenty of time to enjoy my coffee!The foam you see in the picture is with boiled water; simply warming the water in the microwave yield less foam.The lid pops (it's not a screw lid) and I feel sometimes it's not the perfect closure; the container is from a quite thin plastic.

Great product. Good flavor.Three a good idea except poorly protected so I only received two intact containers. Of course options for customer service didn’t apply to my situation. I probably won’t order again.

I can't have caffeine. This coffee is very good and I like that it's organic.

It's very difficult finding organic decaffeinated coffee, especially instant, that isn't excessively expensive. This coffee has a good flavor, and a price that is better than most, although still a bit pricey. It's not very strong flavored, which I prefer, but adding a little extra to my cup solves that problem easily. I have been buying Mount Hagen coffee for several years and have no complaints. Will continue to do so.
