Fantastic product at a great price!
I make a lot of Japanese recipes, and this makes a perfect filling for mochi or Taiyakis (Small, Adzuki filled fish shaped pancakes.) The bean paste has a nice texture and a wonderful sweet (but not too sweet) flavor. I'm very happy with the product and will definitely order it again!

Surprisingly close to my childhood memory of anko
Made some zenzai. Added a pat of butter and tsubuan mixed with some water. That was delicious. Great to know I can find Shiratama and jyoshinko to make this nice sweet snack.

Warning: this does have bean skin in the paste.Tastes delicious, is not grimy or powdery. Has a smooth consistency. Goes amazing with vanilla ice cream.
