Beautiful … easy install… high quality BUT the average person would be very frustrated you don’t include a tiny flat head screwdriver to finish installation. Luckily I had an eyeglass size to tighten on sides.

For the money, this rack is great. Looks great on the wall with decent design detail. I've read the other reviews before purchase, and here is my commentary:1. The template is just fine. It is only a piece of paper - but it was perfectly accurate for me. Just use your level to ensure it is level.2. The anchors are just fine for this light weight product too. I have purchased plenty of chinese junk in the past, where I did have to go out and buy better drywall anchors, and where screws heads actually broke off. But the simple kit that came with this was just fine and worked well for this simple product. No need to improve on this here. Just use what is comes with. I am an avid DIYer, and I have plenty of nice anchors that I could have used, but was quicker and just as easy to use what came with the package.3. One tip that I did use from another review: I wrapped both ends in electrical tape (just barely so that it hides). This results in a bar that does not spin or "clank" and makes the overall unit seem much more solid and sturdy.It is chrome and smooth, so the towels will slip a bit, but I wanted chrome so that is simply the way it is.Just what I wanted at a great price!Todd G.

I needed some new hardware accessories to update rather worn ones in a bathroom. However, many touches in the existing bathroom were almost "art deco-ish" and I didn't want to stray too far from the original theme. These worked very well, producing a modern look with a nod to old school design. Installation was straightforward thanks to the installation template that folded out (I attached with tape after leveling). I was pleased enough with the results that I came back and bought some more for our second bathroom.

Look so nice in my bathroom. Only thing I don’t like about it is it rolls so easily towels fall off some times, other than that love it.
