The quality of the product is great, you can definitely notice the rustic look imperfect look that is reminiscent of a home made bar of soap. This is my first bar of soap from this maker and it was the Patchouli, which is described as an earthy musky aroma reminiscent of wet soil. I personally store my soap in a ziplock back in order to prevent the water from hitting it and causing it to dissolve rapidly. Now the first day I used the bar the smell was very mild, however on the second day of use I quickly notice that the scent was very strong, probably around 6 times as much as the first day (something that people with very sensitive noses should beware of) and oh musky it was! I don’t know how to put it but for a minute I thought my dog (who sleeps on my pile of dirty clothes when I shower) had some flatulence, because the scent caught me off guard. But I quickly noticed that as soon as I put the soap back in the ziplock and rinsed off the soap from my body the super strong smell dissipated. Now if you can bear through the strong smell as you shower then you’ll find that the strong smell doesn’t linger much and you’re left with your skin smelling mildly of soil. I personally think that this aroma was not for me but I don’t want to write a negative review as the soap delivered as promised, and the overall quality was outstanding. I definitely look forward to trying other scents as I was really impressed with this brand.

Y’all the soap is amazing! I began trying organic soaps since I noticed more frequent skin issues over the years. I tried a number of soaps but landed on this one for three reasons. Since using this soap for more than a year I have noticed almost zero face and body blemishes as well as the disappearance of long time dry patches. Second, the scent is amazing! And lastly the price was always better than the “big“ names. But sadly this is no longer true. Over the course of the last month the price has increased 48% making it just as expensive as every other handmade/organic soap that I can easily pick up at the store. I understand that costs are increasing everywhere and I certainly don’t fault them for that. But I do question a nearly 50% increase when consumer goods are only up 10% and protection cost (depending on the segment of course) are up 23. 5%. Look, it’s only $3 but that difference is what kept me loyal and from trying other brands. If you’re still reading this and you are looking for a fantastic new soap, this is most assuredly it! For me, I will purchase two more bars as a thank you for the quality and will then begin trying new things.

I've been buying this soap for quite some time now and I never get tired of it. The scent's perfectly balanced and not overpowering. It cleans well and helps with any itchy patches or skin irritation.

This soap is really pungent, and I didn't have to use a lot at a time. It made my skin feel really soft after showering. However, it was really strong and I was afraid to lather my face because of sensitive skin. I didn't want to burn my face with the soap since I get redness and sensitivity to my face. It is a decent soap for cleanliness and softness, but it is a little harsh and not much was needed at all to cleanse my skin. Not really recommended for sensitive skin, but it seems like it will last a long time because not much is needed. I wouldn't buy this again because of the strong smell and harshness, but I do really appreciate and enjoy how soft my skin becomes after using it. So I will use it in moderation.

I’m gonna say first, I’m a retired non-social grumpy old electric utility lineman who never ever reviews anything. Why this? I shave in the shower using a soap bar for lubrication. I try different ones all the time, ever searching for, apparently, this 360Feel Bay Rum Soap. First off, it’s the steal of the century. I have been disappointed by many much more expensive shaving soap. First, it’s a huge bar. My technique is wet my face, hold bar of soap directly under shower spray to just soften the surface of the soap. I then directly rub the bar of soap all over my face, set bar aside, and then hand rub in the film of soap left on my face. This soap develops such a super rich dense lather that the quality and closeness of the shave is honestly unsurpassed. Did I mention the exquisite Bay Rum scent? You don’t have to try hard to smell it because it is awesome. Best ever quality shaving soap, best ever bargain price. I love the soap. I have been using this soap sometime. I just would like to see the price drop a bit, or create a package deal. I've seen a package deal ounce. A pack of four soap. hope to see it again!
