I have two computers that feed, via USB cables to one printer. This device makes that connection. Push buttons allows me to switch between my 2 computers. The advertisement hints that connecting cables are supplied. Actually, four cables, each being a generous 5 feet long, are supplied, so that you can hook up 4 computers to one device, such as a printer (like I am doing with my two computers). I did not need any technical support from them, it was very simple to install, but I gave them five stars in "technical" for supplying the four cables. The device arrived on time and was better then described (they gave me 4 connecting cables--which the ad hinted at, but the ad was not clear on that).

WOW, this thing works GREAT! It really exceeded my expectations and performs marvelously so far. The switch operates with push button switches on the front panel, one switch only at a time. Works super for me!!!! It even comes with all it's own cables, so how can you possibly ask for more!

Our printer has lost its wifi connection and this was a decent work around for multiple computers to print. Just have to remember to press the button each time.

It works for the most part, but one of the ports will reset connection every 20 minutes or so. I'm using 3 of the 4 devices, so it's not a huge deal for me, but not sure how common the problem is.

Units worked fine for first 2-3 months then would not connect laptop to printer w/ USB cable. First one port failed, then 2nd, then 3rd.

Frame is metal and strongyou can jump between computer faster since it have four switches instead of oneCheape welding, you may have one of your usb lines is not connecting right.Once you get make sure to give it a good test with all devices you have.with my case I had all ports worked with keyboard and mouse however some did not recognize my usb hubover all its good

I am using this to control four computers with one keyboard. I like that the unit is manual and doesn't auto switch to the computer that had the last activity.

These work great! I didn’t know how well these would work since it’s a new concept to me having multiple devices connected to multiple printers. Well worth the money.
