Good fit for bobcat 553 - easy to install.
Battery was dead on Bobcat 553. Jumped it and it makes it about 5 minutes and stops and stalls. Wont restart without jump and dies again after 5 min. Battery was reasonably new. Jumped it again and checked the battery cables with volt meter while it ran for a minute and saw 11.xx volts. Replaced with this alternator. Disconnect cable and adjustment screw with 10mm, and then unplug cable from back. You want two 14mm or the 14mm and a crescent/pliers to hold the nut while cranking the main large bolt out and releasing it. About a 30 - 60 min job, totally easy. This part was way cheaper than dealership (and they recommended I get this one instead of OEM) and easy enough for me to do with nothing more than cheapo volt meter and couple wrenches/sockets. So far so good. Definitely recommend.
