Great product. But there's a need for better packaging and guidelines for home use of the product
Though I am giving it five stars, there is still room for improving the packaging. I also have other concerns:My first concern is packaging--the bag is reasonably sturdy, but the powder product is a fair distance away from the opening, which means you must use a long spoon or put your hand into the bag. Since the bag is opaque, neither using a long-handled spoon or a shorter instrument and inserting your hand will allow a clue about how much product you are about to dispense--and this stuff can easily fall off or out of the spoon if you touch the bag opening while removing product or if you have an unsteady hand. Then there's also powder clinging to your hand from rubbing against the inside of the bag as you tried to remove this expensive stuff without spilling it.A plastic bottle might be in order--one that won't easily allow powder to cling to its inside surface, and which can also allow the user to see how much product is being dispensed. If a light-tight package is important, a bottle could be placed into a simple opaque plastic or even paper bag to keep light out. (Does anyone even know whether this is needed? The manufacturer/seller does not say.)Even more important, I believe a product like this should include some practical recommendations for home use--such as formulas/ratios for dilution to make use more precise and less wasteful of an expensive product as well as helping the user to avoid over-sweetening food or drinks made with the product.Several hours of surfing the Amazon comments on the various sizes and company sources for sucralose powder yielded some minimally acceptable starting points for dilution of the product with distilled water, for example, but nothing was offered by the BulkSupplements supplier, in terms of specific general guidelines for use.At this stage I am still experimenting with formulation and would be interested to know if other users have consistently effective methods for measuring, dispensing, and formulas/ratios for dilution.Anyone?

You might need a bit of math and a scale
This is strong stuff. If you’re not comfortable with unit conversions, try to find some basic guidelines. I usually take 3 heaping tablespoons and dissolve in about 8 Oz of water. Using tap hot water, this is very near the saturation concentration and some will sit at the bottom for a day or so even after stirring. This makes a solution that a teaspoon of which sweetens a gallon of tea or Kool Aid to a usual sweetness for soft drinks (maybe a bit sweeter). I then take this solution and dilute to 50% in a dropper bottle. This makes a solution that a ml (one or two squirts Of the dropper) is enough for very sweet 16 Oz coffee or 20-30 Oz cold beverage (I use 1 mL in 28 Oz protein shake). It takes some practice but it’s not rocket science... I’ve found that despite my less than consistent measurements, my taste buds adaptIf you want to be more exact get a scale and remember that per gram it is 600 times sweeter.I find it very useful for marinading pork. It probably only diffuses as effectively as sugar but it is so much sweeter it doesn’t matter and the meat is actually very tasty even without sauce. Also it is heat tolerant unlike other artificial sweeteners. I end up using this on anything that requires (for taste—not structure!) or could be made better with sugar (sauces, marinades, gelatin, keto milkshakes).500 g lasts me about 18 months and I use it very heavily. I go through a gallon of sugar free drink every other day. A lot cheaper than diet soda or crystal light

Product has gone bad!
This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I received my order and immediately opened the bag as I needed to make a batch of sweetener solution. A horrible aroma wafted out and the powder was brown. I contacted Bulk Supplements and was told to discard the product and they sent me another bag. This time my package arrived and everything was good. That was 8 months ago. Yesterday I needed to make another batch of sweetener solution and when I opened the bag to measure the powder it had turned brown and stank. This stuff is too expensive to only use twice and then it's no longer usable. Also, it makes me think the product is tainted in some way and I worry about what I have already used and/or ingested. It is too late to request a refund through Amazon so I have contacted Bulk Supplements directly. I want a refund and don't intend to buy this product from Bulk Supplements any more. It's a shame because I thought this was a good company.

So sweet/strong, but it works
I was buying sucralose from the grocery, but I wanted something more cost efficient. This is it. You get way more servings and save a ton. The only negative to this stuff is that it's so strong that if you use too much you'll ruin your drink or dish. I had to buy super small spoons, 30mg, to properly dose, but the spoons are super small and flimsy, which makes it hard to scoop from the awkward bag.

It was the only thing that tasted like sugar to me
I got off of sugar about 4 years ago. Just because. At the beginning, I used splenda. It was the only thing that tasted like sugar to me. Then, I found out about EZSweetz which was way easier for tea and coffee. I even used it for cooking. But eventually it got to the point that liquid sucralose became too expensive, so I researched how to make it myself because making something yourself, 9 times out of 10, is cheaper. My first pure sucralose order was from eBay. People tell you to measure out specific weights of powder to water, yadda yadda. I just pour sucralose and water into a jar and let it sit to dissolve for a few hours. If it's not sweet enough, I add more. Works fine. The BulkSupplements brand is just as pure and effective as the first batch of "lab grade" that I bought on eBay, and the 250g bag I ordered will last me a year most likely.Pro tip: Products like EZSweetz have preservatives. The book powder does not. This means that if you leave a batch in a bottle on your counter like I do, you may eventually see mold in the bottom. I've rectified this situation by adding just the tiniest bit of vodka to my batches. No mold since.
