This and all the other Total Gym accessories are great
I seriously would recommend this and every other attachment you can get for the Total Gym (I have the XLS, so make sure that the system you are buying is compatible with these). I own them all and use them all every day. Offers a great addition to an already great and convenient work out.

Sweet Dip Bars!
This is a great add-on to my Total Gym. I should have purchased sooner. Combine this with the weight bar and you can get a really good tricep workout in. It is pricey for what it is, but you can't argue with what it does....

Not for the XLS model
These positively DO NOT work on the XLS model. Even if you cut out the plastic insert the holes don't line up. I can not return these as I cut out the insert. I believe they are the same price (maybe $5 more) buying directly from total gym on line.

The Dip Bars work great. This was a great addition to my Total Gym and the bars allowed me to add another dimension to my exercise routine.

Great addition for the TotalGym XLS
These dip bars are an excellent addition for the TotalGym XLS. Arrived from the USA one week BEFORE due date. Great service. These dip bars are very well made - attach them to the appropriate position on the XLS and do as many dips as you like. Not much more to be said about these bars. Only quibble I have, is that they appear to be an OPTIONAL extra whereas when I purchased the TotalGym XLi many years ago, dip bars were included in the package.
