Are these good for power walking ?

They provide a little cushioning I am not sure how they would be for power walking.

Could you refrigerate or freeze these so they almost become a cool pack that you can attach to your foot?

They are not thick enough all over to stay cool because they have a honeycomb effect where they fit underr the foot.

Would these pads fit a size 36 low instep foot?

I believe so, my mum is a size 37 and they were fine for her, not loose at all. I think they mould to your particular feet.

How long is the warranty?

No warranty on box as far as I am aware
