Sehr schnelle Lieferung über Amazon, absolut sicher verpackt. Optik und Haptik des Dune absolut Top, solides Metallgehäuse, Frontklappe sauber eingepasst, schöne Gerätefüße. Es werden zwei Fernbedienungen mitgeliefert, eine große für sämtliche Funktionen und eine kleine Bluetooth-Fernbedienung für den normalen Gebrauch. Die Erstinstallation war sehr einfach und schnell erledigt.Firmware-Update konnte im Gegensatz zum Egreat über WLAN heruntergeladen werden, beim Egreat kam es immer zum Abbruch und funtionierte nur über USB-Stick. Sofort fiel die relativ kurze Boot-Zeit im Vergleich zum Egreat auf. Hier dauerte es immer sehr viel länger, bis der Player startbereit war. Verbaut habe ich eine 2,5 Zoll-Festplatte im entsprechenden Adaptergehäuse, an der Unterseite kann eine zweite Festplatte eingebaut werden, wenn die Media-Sammlung mal zu groß werden sollte. Aus dem "Quellen"-Ordner heraus können alle vorliegenden Dateien abgespielt werden, beim Egreat muß man dafür zwischen Filme, Musik oder Bilder umherschalten. Umständlich, weil es eben wie beim Dune auch anders geht. Der größte Vorteil des Dune gegenüber dem Egreat A11 aber ist für mich, daß nun auch MKV`s mit VC-1 Codec abgespielt werden können. Dies ist mit dem Egreat nicht möglich, er gibt hierbei nur stark ruckelnde Bilder und verzerrten Ton wieder. Das Problem ist bei Egreat schon lange bekannt und kann anscheinend softwareseitig nicht behoben werden. Ansonsten sind beide Player Bild-und Tontechnisch sehr gut und ich sehe und höre keinen großen Unterschied, allerdings ist für mich der DUNE HD MAX 4K wegen der softwareseitigen Probleme in der Bedienung des Egreat das klar bessere Produkt. Ich bin momentan auf jeden Fall sehr froh, gewechselt zu haben. Für meine Ansprüche an einen Multi-Media-Player lautet mein Fazit: DUNE, alles richtig gemacht!! ### ⭐ The player does not work normally, nothing turns on or is controlled by the remote control. *by A***O on Reviewed in the United States on 17 June 2020* I bought from you, got it, unpacked it, connected it correctly to the 110-volt network, turned it on, installed the firmware update, put in NEW batteries (I didn’t touch yours) and enjoyed good sound and picture for two days. Then the player stopped responding to pressing any keys on the remote control, but continued to work fine from my smartphone. At the same time, the same remote control perfectly controls the amplifier and TV (programmable keys). In other words, the remote control works but the player does not receive an infrared signal from the remote control. They advised me to change the batteries (funny!)
