Yes. Does it work well? Yes. It's $8 for a thin piece of elastic with velcro on the end. Best bet is seeing if you can find a cheap product from a China-based seller that does the same thing. As long as you get the same dimensions, I'd bet you quality wouldn't be any less. If you can't or don't care about the price, 5 stars this will solve your problems. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Works great for old & new bikes *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2012* My headset cup seals on a 10+ year old mountain bike with threadless fork had swelled to a larger diameter and popped out of the cups, likely due to the chemicals in the bearing grease. The seals were in good shape otherwise. I could not find replacement seals, and didn't want to take apart the headset anyways. So I sectioned the old cup seals to reduce the diameter so they would fit back into the cups. Of course now I had split seals, and they would not stay in the cups without assistance. Enter these elastic seal wraps. They fit very snugly around the headset cups and secure with velcro, following the contours of the headset cups exactly and keeping the cup seals perfectly in place. They do not move at all after install and they do not interfere with steering in any way. I used one each for the upper and lower cup.I also ordered a set for a brand new hybrid, to help keep the cups seals clean of debris from the get go. Over time it may work it's way into your bearing race and cup on threadless systems. I had one of these on a threaded system back in the 90's and it worked flawlessly for 6 years, then it started falling apart.
