This is a decent massager for a fair price that I use almost daily so a lot of wear and tear. I bought it a little under a year ago and this last week the cover started to rip apart. I noticed that the cover zips around the whole unit so I contacted the company via Amazon and asked if there was a way to purchase a replacement cover. Instead they offered to exchange or refund me because it has a 3 year warranty and so I opted for an exchange because I like the unit and it achieves my needs. They sent me a replacement unit and it was delivered in less then two days. They don’t even require me to send back the defective unit. I’m thoroughly impressed by their customer service. This massager is really nice! I am 7 months and it relieves a lot of end of the day (and let’s be honest- around the clock) lower back pain. The heat feels so good and the kneading is perfect. The only thing that would make it 5 stars in my opinion would be a battery only option that doesn’t need a plug when you’re not near one and if the massage/ kneading element had more variations. It does has levels of massage intensity, which is great though!! Highly recommend if you suffer from any type of back pain or are pregnant!!!

I just received this today, yes I said today. I'm already writing a review, that's how good it is. I have been injured for past 2 weeks in my back. I had an accident 12 years ago, where I landed on my tailbone from the fall. Every so many years when it gets cold, is when it gives me problems. However, this time was the worst ever. I went to ER, and they gave me shots and the next day full pain. 7 days later after barely being able to move yet still going to work, I went to urgent care. They put me on steroids however the knot of pain in my lower right side. I went to the gym today which helped with the majority. I received this early in am when I had gotten back. It is almost 6pm and I have yet to take it off lol. This isn't just a massage, this is a life saver. The reason I got this one, was the reviews and size. The hear plus the deep massage has made my back feel like a 10 again. Just buy it.

I purchased in 2022. Its still works ( I never use the heater). Only major issue is with the cover. I've stitched the seams twice in the past, now the black cover over the rollers has worn out. Make sure u have clothes covering ur skin when using this. It can create skin blisters if you are not careful. Found this out when I first bought it. My shirt lefted up and I had a softball size blister on my lower back.

This is the perfect amount of pressure! It seems soundly built and is easy to use. I am happy with the amount of pressure and rotation of the nodules. It is very relaxing too. I can use it all over my back, my legs and even my feet! The pillow has a tiny , clicking mechanical noise noise but with the TV on, you barely notice it. My back especially feels nice and loose after using! It is a little awkward to learn how to place it on your neck- stick with it- you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to use it on a car trip in the summer!

I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money. And NOW...The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was "$231.36 for Xpresspost International"- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int'l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it's NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you're looking to purchase this!
