Not happy with the condition.
The product arrived later than the expected date. The product was damaged, and it looked like it had already been opened, as there was a stain around the lid. I have attached some photos of it.

Did what it said on the tin, and very well.
Used to prime my old, plastic conservatory roof before applying flashbanding. Can confidently say the self-adhesive flashband would not have stuck on at all if I hadn’t primed it with this.

Did the job
Needed to do repairs to conservatory roof where the 30+ year old flashing had broken down. Really easy to cut to size and apply. Recommend using flashband primer first. My conservatory roof no longer leaks!

Hopelessly Not Sticky
I bought it to adhere flash band to internal loft felt. Even though I prepared the felt this product did not stick the flash band to it. I used no more nails and worked a treat.
