Okay but needs amendments
Great delivery service, no instructions included but messaged company who supplied sunshade and was sent a link to YouTube which was helpful.Ordered the retractable sun shade sail, assembly kit, all parts supplied to put up the sunshade however the parts were very fragile. The marine eye plates broke soon as the sunshade was put up, ended up having to buy stronger parts.When the sunshade was up, it looked great however was unable to retract the sunshade freely as it kept snagging on the wire. We have ordered some hoops to attach to the wire/sunshade in the hope that it allows us to retract the sunshade without a struggle.Sunshade not really practical for rain, although water proof there is no where for the excess water to go which makes the sunshade heavy and resulted in the wire snapping and falling down.All in all okay sunshade but needs amendments to make it practical.

Great sails! Great service.
The product is exactly as described. Really good quality tough material and good eyelets and clip hooks. I bought a fitting kit separately with nylon coated wire line and turnbuckles. You won't get instructions how to install this so you'll need to figure it out. Tip, I had to squeeze the thimbles in the fitting kit with pliers to make them a bit narrower to fit through the eyelets on the cloth. You can avoid this by threading the wire through first before tying anything off.I returned the first set of sails I got as I found I had measured wrong. I received great customer contact and help through both Amazon and the seller. I would recommend them 100%.

You need to buy shade and instillation bits too!!
No problem with shade! Just have a problem with you get mis sold the item because you have to buy the installation items separately which are not on the original buy!Bought this because we saw it on Mrs Hinch!Do think it needs to be more apparent You need to buy both! Tried to send back but postage was more than buying instillation bits, so the seller has you over a barrel really!Tried complaining but came back with I don’t understand your complaint! Very disappointed!

Does the job very well.
There were no instructions with this, but it doesn't take long to suss out what you need to do. Ours is fitted to a pergola which is slightly less than the width of the sail, however, this gives rather a nice tent-like effect. Easy to slide back and forth.

Not water resistant!
The sun shade wasn't water resistant as stated, even in very light rain it immediately started to seep through the fabric.Very disappointing 😔
