No velcro or breakaway on a childrens cape...
Was expecting a safety of any sort. Not here, just tie the stout ties around the precious child's neck. Then make sure you keep a close eye on them.

Great price for a nice little cape! Easy to paint on.
I bought this to paint a Loki logo on in gold Versatex fabric paint for a superhero 5K, and it was perfect. It's not a full-length cape for adults, but I liked that for the purposes of racing in it since a long cape would have been kind of annoying. This is a perfect length for kids too. You can't beat this price for a nice little cape in a pretty solid color. It was easy to paint on too.
