Flexible Instrument Cable with premium 1/4" connectors that rivals the quality of mega-brands.
Great quality instrument cable that is a super value for the money. GLS products are every bit as good as Spectraflex brand N-Flex cables in our experience. The cloth covering is durable and flexible while still providing superior abrasion resistance. It's obvious that a lot of thought went into the manufacturing process in regards to quality control & material selection. We highly recommend GLS instrument cables for bands & mobile performers that need to frequently connect and disconnect their equipment. These cables hold up well to daily abuse.

I have 8 GLS cables and all work great
Not much to say other than I now only buy GLS cables. I also have Fender cables and a few no-name cables. I can't say I can hear a different, but I love the feel of these cloth covered cables, their easier to see in floor than my black rubber ones, particularly under dim light, and the option to get a few different colors makes tracing a cable much easier. I abuse my cables probably like most players, and none have begun to fray and I've never had a connector/jack problem with this brand. Given the competitive and fair price, I suspect I'll keep buying this brand as I find a need to have more cables.

Cable turns into snake and bites bass player
Bought this a couple weeks ago and this cable is phenomenal. I am currently on a world tour and with the abuse our gear usually gets at gigs, this thing holds up like a tank. The braided shield makes it easy to coil and it is practically noiseless. The fact that it looks like a poisonous snake is a plus. At times I think it's going to come alive and bite me in the neck which gives me that extra adrenaline and spark I need on stage.

Outperforms much more expensive cables that are even half the length of this one!
I'm shocked! At 20 feet, this cable has outperformed my 10ft Fender Custom shop cable as well as my Redco made 10 ft Mogami 2524 with switcraft jacks. The signal strength and brightness are superior to both.Durability compared to the Fender Custom Shop cable remains to be seen, since the Fender cable looks identical as well a the braided jacket, except the Fender cable is thicker. Also, I haven't tested for handling noise... But didn't notice anything strange. However, my initial test results over 2 days of use are shocking! If you don't have a lot of money to spend, just go with this cable and be done with it. Even if you have deep pockets and the budget to test other cables, consider this anyway. It's not a bad cable at all, and the price is ridiculously low.

Good sound and cat proof.
These cords are excellent quality. I needed cords that my cats wouldn't chew on. (random fact: certain plastics are made with fish oil, which makes cats want to chew on it.) (other random fact: If my cats ruined one more guitar cord I was going to force them to get a job so they could buy me new guitar cords) So I did some Amazon browsing and these seemed like my best option. And they did not disappoint. The sound quality is great. Now if GLS could make cords for all my other electronics, I'd be all set.

These cables are quiet, pretty, durable and flexible.
I've owned several cable and harness manufacturing companys over the past 45+ years and played in Rock bands since 1964. I made all my own musical instrument cabling, snake cables, grounded and ungrounded XLR styles so I do know something about equipment quality and durability. Now at age 71 and retired I moved to a senior project and of course disposed of most of my equipment and cordage. Recently we "older" folks decided to at least jam and pretend we're still young and I again needed new cords. I scanned the sources for price v quality and hit on GLS. These cords (I got two to start) are really really nice - and the assorted tweed colors make them easy to ID. The quality is top notch and checking the assembly, they are tough as nails and with virtually zero tribo-electric noise. They are unusually flexible and comfortable to use - and they look good. I was never one for wireless though I used it many times. If I need cables for any audio purpose - GLS is my choice. They coil really nicely as well - something others are too stiff to do easily.

Not so good
Plugged it in and I thought my amp was going bad. Loud buzzing and my guitar kept cutting in and out. I replaced it with an old Fender cable that I had and the amp sounded great. I don't think these have sufficient shielding. They look real nice and I love how flexible it is, but if it doesn't work, it really doesn't matter how pretty it is. My advice----spend more money and get a good cable. I hate to give a product a bad review. I realize that the supplier needs to make money, but they need to invest a little more quality into this item and sell it for a little bit more. A Monster cable this long is 4 to 5 times more expensive----but they are guaranteed for life and they work great.

Seems OK. No noise. Ends haven’t come off.
I’ve got this permanently installed as a patch cable leading to a Mackie 4 headphone amp on a listening table. The ends seem like they are swedged on pretty good. That amp gets knocked around quite a bit as people fumble with it plugging & unplugging their ‘phones and since the cable fishes down through a hole in the center of the table it gets lots of bending and rubbing in the same place. So far it’s held up fine.

Another fine GLS Audio Cable!
I also have their patch cables and speaker cable. Never used the brand before but saw the positive reviews and placed my order. This guitar cable is well made and solidly constructed just like the other cable of theirs that I have tried. Very happy customer and I recommend these.

Nice
Purchased two of these cables. So far they are working great. I like there flexibility and fabric covering. I purchased one in yellow as well so I could see it on the floor easier. Also, they come with velcro ties so you can roll them up which I did. I purchased longer one cables than I needed and rolled them up so they were the size I needed. Now I can let it out if I need more length. Would recommend these cables.

Pretty good
Great price for a good product. I bought this to just have another cord to my amp. Anyways the only problem I have is kind of weird. I have a cheap squire that I have modified and this cable fits very well into the input jack on that guitar. However, my very expensive Ibanez's jack does not fit the cable as well at times. If I'm bent over or kneeling changing effects on my amp or whatever the cord can wiggle in the jack and makes me think my active pickup is out of battery. With a readjust it's fixed but just an odd problem to have. Other than that everything about this cable is great.

These chords are really nice, and they're long. Using them for my keyboards...
Nice product, I've bought 4 now and replace all my old rubbery coated (and questionable!) cables that have all seen their better days. the technology has improved a lot and this are slimmer and lighter then my previous chords.I'm using all four for my two keyboards I play on stage and they look nice, handle nice, roll well, and importantly sound just fine. I think the value is terrific. Now I know where to buy good 1/4" chords....

Worked out great, great price and great value!
I needed a quick and cheap solutions for a keyboard that I use in church. I use two keyboards and the sound cable I was using for one of them malfunctioned...I went months without replacing the sound cable, I should have bought this cable sooner. I was glad that I bought it when I did, the cable sounds and works great in a pinch or even regularly!

My new favorite cable
This is a very comfortable cable - flexible, doesn't bind up, sounds and looks great.. As far as I can tell, the signal quality is as good as anything I've used before. Weirdly, there's nothing that really stands out with this cable and maybe that's a good thing. It has one job... transfer what I'm playing to the amp. And that it does very well. In use now for about 6 months, including practices and gigs, and it's absolutely solid. I've got a lot of instrument cables and this is the one I now use every gig. Durability only four stars simply because it's been less than a year of usage.. my future self would give it five stars sans any issues. Price point can't be beat. Will likely buy another as a backup.

The cable is strong but flexible good for gigging and playing in a garage.
I bought this cable because I thought it looked good for the price. The cable is Very well made, the coating is super durable but very flexible. I beat the hell out of cables and this one really takes abuse and still works. The cable comes with reusable ties that i use the attach the cable to my strap. After a week with it i was so impressed I threw out some old cables and purchased more of these.I'm really happy with them and in future plan to replace the rest of my cables with these.
