Armadillow Cuddle Pillow - Black

It was a toss up between this pillow and another that costs 200% more, found on Amazon and other websites. I chose this one only because the other had many negative reviews complaining about the other pillow smelling like heavy chemicals or fuel. Anyway......my father sleeps in ONLY ONE position... on his right side with his arm sticking out from beneath his pillow. As he has gotten older, lost muscle tone, and lost fat cushion, he complains that his arm "falls asleep" while he is laying on it in bed (no pun intended). Got him this pillow as a gift. He loves it and says his arm hasn't "fallen asleep since he started using it. Dad sleeps... arm doesn't! (No funky chemical/fuel smells either.)

Bought two of these (one for my place, one for his place) but we returned them - ultimately they were impracticable. Firstly, they weren't very comfortable for spooning, which was the whole point of buying them. Secondly, during times when we didn't want to be spooning, we'd have to push the Armadillow away (since it's too high to sleep on if you're on your back or stomach) and grab a regular pillow, which was pretty annoying when we were trying to sleep.

The design works very well, and it fits both my boyfriend and I. It is difficult to sleep on because the memory foam is hard. I regularly sleep on memory foam pillows, but this one is made of a particularly hard foam. I would like this pillow much better if it was made of a softer memory foam.

Honestly doesn't work anywhere near expectations. If you're over 120 lbs, the pillow doesn't work that well.

Surprisingly functional! After reading other reviews I was concerned that this might be a little small, but it's perfect for snuggling with my sweetheart and we're not small people. The memory foam is wonderfully supportive and the cover is soft like an angel's wing. It's good back support (for one, of course) when sitting up reading in bed. The name is silly but the product is pretty cool.

I bought this pillow because my boyfriend and I both have neck and shoulder injuries from a bad car accident. He cannot support my body weight for long periods of time and my neck cant handle strain at all. He is also wayyyy taller than me so I usually end up halfway down his chest when cuddling. This pillow helps us both be able to lay with each other and its soooo comfortable. The stitching is tight, the fabric is good quality. The xipper and cover are made-well and haven't snagged. The pillow height for each side is good. The high one needed a little squishing for my boyfriends taste but formed for him after a few uses. The arm hole is big enough to fit both your arms under it if you want to face each other. This pillow was meant to help for cuddling, and it definitely did. The secret gem is this pillow helps my neck so much when I use it alone to sleep. I usually toss and turn as a side sleeper and my boyfriend said I haven't been moving at all. My neck has less pressure on it and my shoulders are'nt sore every monring. I am so happy I found this pillow. 100% worth the price as we use it EVERYDAY! It is a permanent pillow on our bed. :)

Such nice quality and so soft! I was worried when I ordered that it might not work for side sleepers but I was definitely wrong. Definitely a must-have for couples.

The girlfriend and myself are both very small people, 5-foot, but this pillow was barely big enough for the two of our heads, which sort of defeats the purpose of a 'cuddle pillow'. I had expected it to be much larger overall. Good idea, but poor execution. If she and I weren't comfortable, I can't imagine anyone larger (most people) would be. I wish I had kept the box, I'd probably try to return it.On the upside, it is well-made.
