Blue Flasher LED PCB with Battery Box for Dummy Alarm Siren Security Bell Flash Box (Blue)

I already had an empty alarm siren case from a system I bought for my previous house and this really makes it look like it's fully working. Visible in the daylight and just really looks great at night. I've not had it long so can't give feedback about the battery life but from reading other reviews they should last years. So I'm really delighted with this as it looks like I have a new alarm system, and all for less than £10 lol.

We didn't get this to use as a siren light since most burglars know that sirens and security cameras rarely have flashing lights and are just fake. We simply leave it close to a window when we're away. It gives the impression that there is another and different security system inside as well as outside. So far it's very impressive and the light powerful enough to be seen through curtains.

Was some what dubious about this item being effective, that being said it does do exactly what it says on the tin, simple electronics and easy to fit in a dummy alarm box, my only criticism would be using 3 AA's makes the power pack quite large compared to others who use smaller more powerful batteries.The LED isn't quite that bright in day light as some other more expensive set ups, this could be fixed if you mounted them directly to the front plastic casing using an LED mount. Mine are simply sat loose in the bottom of the casing so not at the best angle for omitting the full light, However at night they really stand out and cant be missed which is why I got this unit.9/10

Great product cheaper than replacing alarm box

I have bought 4 of these and very happy with the performance. I use Lithium batteries as they last longer and the LED'S are nice and bright. Easy to install. I use double sided tape to attach the units in the dummy box or you could hot glue them.Only downside the intermittent flash is a bit slow but other than that I am very happy and looks realistic at day and night.

The LEDs are a lot smaller than the ones that are shown on Amazon see picture, but they are bright for the size which is under 3mm. I have not tested them out at night yet but they should be ok for my purpose. They do flash qite slowly but the unit for the price is off good quality.
