Used it for a superstore costume. Worked great and fit true to size. Smelled a lil chemically when I first got it but who doesn’t wash their clothes when they buy them? Lol. Wasn’t a big deal.

I bought this in place of a brownie vest for my very tall child. It's perfect. But it smells like fish, very bad!!! About to go wash it hopefully I can get smell out

I bought this vest for a cowboy outfit and was a little scared when I opened it. At first, it looks like a plain brown vest that retail workers use. For costume, I thought I was going to have to embellish it to make it look more western. I then tired it on with the rest of my outfit and was in love. Even though it wasn't covered in cowhide and fringe, it tied my outfit together perfectly. It was exactly what I was looking for but didn't know it. All I actually put on my vest was a sheriff star. I feel like if I had embellished it or gotten something more "western" my costume would look too much like a cartoon or like a suit straight from the value bin.All in all it is plain, yes ,but absolutely versatile and does the jobThe material of the vest is lightweight but not silky soft. There is no stretch and has no closures. Although this all sounds a little negative, I assure you I adore it.

The fabric is a bit stiff but it worked perfect for what we needed it for. My husband did say that it was roomy and he was able to move around freely in it.

It was true to size and it was sewn very well. We actually machine washed it on the delicate cycle the first time to get the "polyester" smell out of it and no signs of fraying. This was for a costume so it worked out perfectly. Very pleased for the money!

Better quality than I expected, finished very nicely. It looked great for my husband’s Aladdin costume. He does typically wear a small men’s T shirt and said this vest fit rather snug, and that’s with nothing underneath so you maybe want to size up depending on your intended use.

fits true to size, seems sturdy, and the cut is surprisingly flattering! kinda overpriced but i bought it so i wouldn't have to buy any more red shirts for work so in the end it still saves me some money.

I bought this vest for a costume. It was perfect for said costume. As far as real world info, it is sturdy and well made. It fits as expected. Washed well and kept it's vibrant blue color. Looks like it would hold up to some workplace abuse.
