Elegante Collection Deluxe White Dinner Napkins 25pk

I’ve purchased a lot of napkins, and thrown lots of them away. We entertain here at my house all the time. At long last, I have found the napkin that I will use going forward. They feel great, they look great, they are big, they launder perfectly, and don’t require any ironing. HOME RUN.

The size (20" x 20" ) is perfect, and they do not require ironing. Nevertheless, these napkins were so stiff that I would be embarrassed to put them out. Instead of discarding them, I washed them 7 times by themselves with Wisk managing to soften them enough to be usable. I wouldn't say they are luxurious, but the should be quite serviceable, and 25 large napkins for $34 is certainly a deal.I've upgraded to 3 stars since the 7 washings. Regarding older reviews-- I suspect the fabric has changed since mine did not pill and are transluscent. They feel substantial and did not pill. While I bought some other white napkins for special ocasions, I am satisfied with these for daily use.

These are sturdy polyester napkins, larger than luncheon sized. They wash well and do not require ironing. I always wash them before using them and these came so well packed, that the polyester did not have any tiresome wrinkles in them. The photo shows the way 12 (and 13) of them are stacked flat and folded twice to arrive snugly packed into plastic to keep them from getting creased in transit. The other three pictured napkins are folded after their initial wash. I've found if they are not wadded up after the meal, and are washed immediately after use in cold water with no bleach and removed promptly from the dryer, they keep their white color and I don't have to iron them. The second photo shows a cotton napkin folded while damp, but NOT ironed, an older polyester luncheon napkin and this napkin after a wash and fold. That's why we buy polyester, isn't it?UPDATE January 2018: The napkins are holding up well: no pilling, no need to iron and maybe only one or two small stains I missed treating in the laundry. I'm attaching a new photo showing a table setting with the napkin. The flatware is  Matsuta 30 Piece Vine and Dine Mirrow Finish Service of 6 Stainless Steel Flatware Set, Blue/White  (and was a mixed review).

These are not a luxurious high thread count napkin as you would find in an upper crust restaurant, as one can easily see thru them when held up to the light. And as another reviewer noted they have poor stain release. It appears that spaghetti sauce is extremely difficult stain to remove, even though they were washed twice immediately. Never made it to the dryer. Oxy detergent only lighted the stains, I certainly can't put them back on the table like this, I am not happy thus far, I will wash them a third time. And BTW the finished size is 19 X 19 not 20 X 20, these are far from Deluxe as titled. Pictures are taken with a new unused napkin. From the Poco Elegante Collection. Update: I washed them a third time and the stains are no longer noticeable. To be fair I never shopped for cloth napkins before so I don't know if this was a good deal or not.

I bought these to embroider for a Christmas gift. They are large and sturdy. A very good quality cloth napkin. The material is fairly stiff, perfect for folding but if you want a soft napkin this one is not for you.They arrived on time and packaged well. I am very pleased with this purchase and plan to buy more later to use in my daughter's wedding.

NIce napkins for the price. They are a little stiff, however that doesn't bother us as we use them as everyday napkins. They wash well, I am starting to notice a little piling but they still look nice. Thinking of getting more in another color as well.

I am disappointed with the quality of these napkins. They are a very good sized dinner napkin. However, they are coarse. I have had many soft cotton large dinner napkins that are smooth and feel luxurious.
