Bought for a tiny elderly person so seat is a bit too large. Works great!

I like that it works and I love the swivel cushion.For me it’s not comfortable and causes some discomfort.

I purchased two of these seat cushions for my parents. The one for my mom works find and she likes it.Unfortunately, the one for my dad did not work for him because of his weight and his height and it created more issues for him getting in and out of the car because it decreased his leg and head space.The bigger issue I have is that when I attempted to return this with the vendor HealthSmart, they would not accept a return and I did not see this when item was purchased. I was willing to make an exchange if necessary and I called the number provided and I got a recording telling me to go to a website for further assistance. Upon going to the web site, I got a message that the site was down due to maintenance, so I was unable to speak with anyone about the issue.So, I called Amazon directly and they processed a return for me without having to return the item. The item is useless to me because it does not work and maybe I can gift it to someone who is smaller in stature. I thank Amazon for making this right, but I warn anyone who is thinking about purchasing this swivel cushion, that the weight and height is the person using it be taken into consideration, as well as the amount of space they have around them, especially for the driver due the steering wheel. Try to find anything about the company's return policy and verify any information they list to see if in fact you will be able to reach anyone because if it were not for being purchased thru Amazon, I would have not gotten this resolved and would have had to take a loss. As a result of this even though the item works well for my mom, I will not be purchasing from HealthSmart again.

Beware! They won't allow you to return it if it doesn't work in your car or with your car seat shape. I think this is such a ripoff. It doesn't fit . . . period. When you go to sit down on it to get in the car, it slides and moves our of the way--making it impossible to sit on it. I have tried to call their "product support line," but a recording said that they only handle support through their email. I sent an email, but nothing was done; they didn't return the email. Why put a phone for product support if they don't answer their calls--only a recording.

Huge help getting me in & out of an SUV after knee replacement! Wish I had ordered before my first surgery! Would be great to assist anyone disabled or elderly getting into and out of vehicle!Holds up well to the pressures of my 200#+ body too!

The swivel aspect seems to work fine, but it's hard as a rock & not comfortable at all. I got it for my husband & he hates it & told me to send it back. Unfortunately, being unsatisfied with a product is not an acceptable reason for a return, so I'm stuck with it.

The larger diameter has helped tremendously! Mom can reach the edge of the seat and use her foot off the base of the door to push back & swivel into the car at the same time. I dont have to help her at all anymore. She became a pro in 60 seconds. To think, initially she didnt want it. Thought she got into the car just fine with my help…slowly breaking my back.
