I have bought this before and it works great, this time I received only the bottle with no product to use. Now i cant even send back due to the chemicals in the powder.???????? WTF?????Edit: Waiting on powder to show up after contacting the seller.

When I opened the envelope there was a strong odor (bleach). The spray bottle and the two packets were wet. I opened the packets and they were not powder but paste. I called the number on the packing slip and told them. They said to send it back but I couldn't because I threw them away. They said return the plastic bottle and they would refund my money. Waiting on the label from them to return it.

SHould have heeded the reviews but wanted a spot remover for my popcorn ceilings and someone told me this worked. It didni't. In fact, think it might have made it worse. Fortunately I spot tested so not a big deal. Worthless. Threw it out.

Not so hot.

I used this product on a huge water stain on the ceiling tile. I sprayed it on and waited 10 minutes. It faded each time. It took 5 applications but the spot is completely gone. I do not have to paint the ceiling after all..

The ads on TV are lies. This product does not work as it shows it working on the TV ads. Buy at your own risk.

I used this product to clean the grout on the tile in my bathroomI sprayed it on, walked away for a few minutes, and when I came back the wall was sparkling clean.

I tried it on water stains on my ceiling it did nothing , used it outside with mold on cement wall , mold on plastic chairsnothing save your money by a bottle of bleach .

made mold disappear however 2 weeks later it reappeared.
