BUY ME
MAN this worked way better than I expected!!!! My Mom's upstairs always makes in the summer. She has a ridge vent. Totally installed it by just screwing it into the vent from below instead of removing the vent & ran the cord through said vent instead of drilling a hole. The upstairs actually stays livable now. Best investment EVER!

where to place on roof - how far apart.
Installed 2 solar ridge vents a year ago, as I was replacing my roof. As I did my research I received a lot of different opinions as to what kind of vent I should use, if any. I decided on these because they were solar and would work with my new roof that has a ridge. They have been working great, and run even on cloudy days. When my roofer installed these he indicated I was wasting my money. Now he has called me to ask where I purchased them to pass on to his customers. I live in North Carolina and am moving. When I need to put on a new roof in my new house, I will be ordering more fans

Solar is for me
Purchased 2 of these units, and had them installed when the roof was replaced. Don't know if it is the new roof,or these units but my electric usage dropped.

Shed Solar Powered Ridge Vent
Easy to install in my new Florida Shed. I ended up installing this from the inside and modified the solar panel bracket install so I would not have to poke holes in my new metal shed roof. Just make sure to use screws short enough so they don’t puncture the roof. As I am storing a golf cart in my Florida Shed while I am home in Michigan, I wanted to install powered ventilation to minimize shed overheating.

Will pay for itself with the money you save on energy bills
Couldn't get good pics, but easy enough to install. But if you're not handy, a quick YouTube video should do the trick. Definitely helped with energy efficiency and kept the AC bill lower.

Amazing.
This product is amazing. It’s keeping my attitic cooler then in the past. You have to appreciate the power of the sun to help keep your attic cool and nicely vented. I had them installed when my roof was replaced. I highly recommend this product.
