I’ve been taking this liquid vitamin B-complex consistently for several months. I have PCOS, so B vitamins are something I include in my routine long-term, and this format works really well for me. I like that it’s a complete B-complex, including folate and biotin, all in one product. The dropper makes dosing very easy — just measure, take it directly or with water, and you’re done. The liquid is red, slightly sweet, and easy to take. Over time, I’ve noticed my nails feel much stronger, and my hair looks healthier with a lot of new baby hairs growing in. I also appreciate that B-complex vitamins support energy levels and the nervous system, which is a nice bonus. Simple, convenient, and easy to stay consistent with. The supplement contains a few other B's which is a nice addition. It tastes great too. The one criticism I have is the fact the .5 mark on the dropper is extremely difficult to see. If the suggested dose were the entire dropperful it would be much easier.

Felt the energy (natural immune feeling) within 2-3 days of taking and able to skip my morning coffee. The smell and flavor are good. Good vitamins. The price is right too.
