It was delicious. Best chocolate ever!

My husband and I very often purchase the Lindor Truffles 60 count boxes as gifts and for ourselves! They are so rich and delicious, but also have a really lovely eye appeal. Just unwrapping the tasty little globes of goodness will make your mouth water and your taste buds sit up and pay attention! Although I had read some of the 1 star reviews detailing the arrival of boxes or bags of melted, squishy truffles, it had never happened to us and we blithely ordered again and again without a worry. On March 20th, I ordered 4 boxes of truffles, for 2 birthdays, our anniversary, and as a treat to serve with coffee after Easter dinner. Imagine my horror and disgust when 3 of the 4 boxes arrived totally melted and too yucky to even try and salvage the few which were not totally covered in chocolate gunk. I called Amazon customer service and requested an immediate return call. Before I could so much as blink my eyes, the phone rang and I was connected to a very pleasant and cordial customer rep named Jessica. She was extremely attentive and very sympathetic about my situation. The results? Amazon not only refunded my money, they replaced the truffles for free and gave me free 2-day shipping, as well! Can there be any doubt that Amazon is a more than fair dealing company?!? This is not a fluke, I have been dealing with Amazon for many years and have consistently received this same service and consideration through all the time I have been an Amazon customer. Whenever I see a 1-star review and/or someone griping about the ill treatment they received from Amazon or Amazon Marketplace sellers, I am convinced they did not really call Amazon's customer service! I have often recommended that a disgruntled customer give Amazon Customer Service a call. I do not hesitate to recommend this recourse. So, 5-stars for these delicious Lindor Truffles and 5+stars for Amazon and their wonderful Customer Service Reps!! Thank you, Jessica, you and Amazon made my day!!!

They are wonderful!

These were obviously stored in a place that was too warm. They had white streaks and different shades of coloring to them. Some actually were caved in, too. Very disappointed with this purchase!

These have become my favorite chocolate candy far. I've switched to dark chocolate which is better for diabetics, and yes, I do treat myself occasionally to something made with sugar. It's sad to see that many ppl's orders came melted and bloomed. I think they were either kept in a warm/hot warehouse, delivery truck or the weather in general was too warm. If u ordered in the winter maybe the driver had the heat turned up, and the package close to the front.

They are SOOOO good!!

Perfect taste, exactly what I've come to expect from Lindor. However, don't order these in warm seasons. The chocolate is so delicate that it melted in transit (or at some point before making it into the house) and every single piece was misshapen. Meant to have them out in the studio for clients to enjoy, but they look so sad, I just couldn't do it. Have eaten most of the box myself, with a few going to our occasional guests when there wasn't a need to impress.

I love Lindt chocolates. Was looking forward to enjoy. The item came all melted. And there's no way to replace the items. Amazon, please contact me with a solution.
