Great tub! Its huge! We also bought the inline heater to keep the water warm without running more in the tub. It is so comfortable and was relatively easy to install in the deck we built for it. It was the best price we found and we reviewed a lot of tubs and decided on this one.

We just refused delivery on this whirlpool tub because there were defects in the finish that would show. This was the second tub we ordered, the first being from another vendor that we also had to send back based on a defect. I will never buy another American Standard product. Their quality control obviously sucks.When I called Amazon to try to get another Tub fast, I was informed that it would take four to five days even though this was holding up my project and costing me and my contractor money. So, I called the first vendor, Faucetsdirect.com, who I had used for the first tub and had a lower price than Amazon. They were wonderful and got me a new tub in 2 days. While I will continue to order smaller items from Amazon, I will order any building supplies from Faucetsdirect.com or their parent company, build.com who offers same or better prices and much better service when I ran into a problem.By the way, when the 3rd tub arrived, it had yet another defect. Luckily it was on the side of the tub that went against a wall and would not show. For this reason I am keeping my rating to one star for the product. We ordered the third tub rather than another brand because the American Standard Tub's design was the best fit for the contemporary decor of the bathroom renovation in a tub that could be delivered quickly and did not break the bank. We tried to find another brand before taking a chance on the 3rd tub.

NOTE: It says 6 feet by 36 inch deep......but look at specs, it is only 21 inch deep. Why do they do this? URG.

First, we have owned and enjoyed the tub pictured, for about 8 years now. We are building a new home and wanted a tried and trusted product so ordered this. However, what we got is not what is pictured. The tub we received has adjustable flow jets, which I can only hope is an upgrade. The second issue is the tub seemed to be fine when it arrived (despite the box looking like a forklift had missed the pallet and gone into the box) but when our plumber removed the protective plastic part of the corner of the tub came with it. I don't want to hold up construction while we wait for a new tub (especially because there is no guarantee it will arrive undamaged ). So, I am hoping that there is some way to repair it. I am giving this a four star rating based more on our experience with the tub we presently own, minus the two issues above. I will change my review accordingly if we can get some help with a repair, and if I like the different jet system better than what we have.

We are really happy with it. We bought this for the house we just built. It works great and is a good size. I'm 6'2" and it is comfortable for me. The jets are strong and it looks good.

Fantastic tub! It's huge and the jets are wonderful. It did arrive damaged but got American standard to come out and fix it. Great buy!
