Simple and great.
This thing is so simple but it really worked. I have been getting back in the pool in my 30s and trying to increase my yardage but my tricep tendinitis I suffered from 11 years ago came back full force almost immediately. I ordered a size M. My arm measured 12 1/2 inches. It fits perfectly with room for adjustment either way. I wore it in the pool for my swim today. It gave me so much relief. It was incredible. It's a little awkard to get on yourself but not impossible and pretty comfortable as soon as you get it in the right place. My only wish is that is came in another color. I can see the white getting dirty with time. Black seems practical but I'd buy a bold and fun colored one in an instant.

Disappointed
Thought a velcro strap for showering would work to cover Libre patch. No. The strap is too big and kept sliding off. Size guide was way off. Use disposable stick on covers now.

Need three arms.
Might work great. Comfortable when you can get it on. This product needs re-engineering because unless you have an extra set of hands to help you into it, you will struggle to get it on.

TRC (torn rotator cuff)
I am 'up there' in age and have always had hyper-flexible joints. Almost a year ago I literally woke up with a Right Torn Rotator Cuff. PT at a local hospital did not seem to help and in favoring my right side by overusing the left I somehow ended up with both shoulders with torn rotator cuff symptoms (confirmed by CT).Desperate for relief and by occasionally clamping one hand around the other arm to do a chore without pain, I intuited that there MUST be something similar to a tennis elbow cuff to assist with the pain...if not I would have to devise one (am retired RN). Luckily, someone saved me the trouble and I found these and bought two, one for each arm.I no longer wake screaming in the night because I have inadvertently cause myself pain by moving the 'wrong' way in my sleep.Do not wear these 24 hours a day, and if you develop pain/tenderness in the arm below the cuff, remove or readjust because you are impinging either on a nerve or major vessel.I have found that my pain free movement (sans the bands) increases with use of the bands..they seem to provide the 'rest' needed for healing the muscles and tendon.Placement is essential, and it is difficult to apply alone (which cost it one star), but have found that bracing it against an object while I reach for the velcro strap helps. BTW, the covered plastic brace is essential, otherwise it would be the same a just tying a fabric strip around your arm which does not help and can be dangerous. My new PT had never heard of this aid, so I came back to gather info for her.

Great product. Inexpensive fix for bicipital tendonitis
My chiropractor recommended this for my shoulder. I have a small tear and bicipital tendonitis and there is no surgical fix. When I wear this strap all the time, it keeps my shoulder stable and reduces the pain.

Small than advertized.
Smaller than claimed. I had measure my arm and it should have fit easily. It is not comfortable and the felt pad slips out of place.

Product defect? Measurments not correct?
Item is way too small. I think the product is a defect. Followed measurement directions and directed me to an extra small. The measurement directions may be wrong, because I consider myself small-medium, but not extra small. The strap is way too short and arm size would have to be 3-4 inches in diameter too work. They even say order a size down when in doubt, as I was between extra small and small. Maybe this was a return and the strap was cut. Total length of product is 12", so no way for strap to go through loop and pull around to fit an above bicep measurement of 12" Strap would have to be 3x longer to work. See attached picture.

I never go to the gym without this Arm Strap!
I was skeptical at first but after suffering bicep tendinitis and it keeping me away from the gym I knew anything was worth a shot. I never knew there was such a product. I first ordered the size small but apparently my guns were too large. After I exchanged it for the medium I was sold. At first all I thought it would be good for was some illicit drug use but after the fist lifting session I was amazed at how little pain I felt in my shoulder. I've not had a lifting session that I haven't worn this Arm Strap since purchasing this. I lift weights 5 days a week and the arm strap has held up wonderfully! I have posted many pictures of me wearing it on my instagram account. I just wish there was another color option than white. With sweat and dirty gym equipment it's getting a little off white these days. I would recommend this strap to anyone who is suffering bicep tendinitis.
