I purchased these gel cell batteries because the AGM batteries just do not hold the charge well in my power wheelchair. The top-mounted screws made installation much easier than the side insert terminals on the AGM. I only gave them 4 stars for longevity merely because I have not had a chance to really run them long enough to see how long they will last. So far, they seem to be doing well, but I have just used them for short uses so far.

Easy to install batteries but can’t get them to work.

We bought this two pack as a replacement of the original batteries that came in the mobility scooter which lasted 5 years plus with a mid to high orlando parks use , unfortunately this "new" batteries only lasted 15 months with a very light use during covid, we kept them fully charged, one day we went to use the scooter and surprise,surprise batteries are dead, we tried everything known to troubleshooting the scooter thinking it was the scooter and the technician got to the conclusion that was a faulty batteries. What a disappointment, we are going back to lead-acid batteries .

They don’t seem to be as religious as the original batteries.

bought these in February 2022, lasted till July 2022, would not buy again, spend the extra money and get batteries that will last. normally we get 3 years out of a pair of batteries
