Good water shoes, but really tired of only having crappy pastel color options. Women like other colors, stop offering only pink, purple, and light green/turquoise. Good grip on bottom of shoes, they drain well, comfortable on boats, on land, and in water. A little pricey, but durable and comfortable.

I bought these for kayaking and being able to walk on rocks and uneven surfaces and they definitely fit the bill. They are very comfortable and extremely lightweight. They pull on your foot more like a water sock, which can be a little cumbersome if they are on the tight side. The ties do not serve much of a purpose, unless you need to tighten the shoe around your foot. I am not sure how to avoid this without wearing socks, but the sand and dirt can still enter the shoe. I washed these in the washing machine on a gentle cycle and let them air dry and they came out great. The width is good, but the length is a little shorter so if you are between a size 7.5 and an 8, I would definitely go for the size 8.

rock climber, crossfiter, and runner: im a fan of minimal shoes and have been wearing primarily vivobarefoot shoes so i can't help but compare them. the astrals are lighter, have grippier rubber, and most importantly way cheaper, but don't feel quite as finished in the stitching and fabrics etc. i wear these without the insoles and they are super comfortable for work or all kinds of activity, they might be my new favorite shoe.

Pros:light-weighted,the inner sole pleasantly stimulates my feet,nice ventilation through the holes in the front,lot of wiggle room once you squeeze in (i hate pointy shoes),the color is nice,dirt somewhat falls out /disappears,comfyCons:if your foot is wide do not buy because the opening is narrow,it is difficult to wear below ankle socks because the seams are getting pressed hard into the skin around the opening,if no socks the feet get a bit sweaty (I do not sweat usually),their price jumped up so I cannot buy another pair even though I want to

Super cute water shoe that looks better in person. Bought for our annual trip to Key West and I wanted a water shoe that could double as a shoe to wear around Key West. I bought a size 10 (wear 9.5 in regular shoes) and the length was perfect. I have high arches so I bought arch supports to wear based on other reviews of no support for arches. This worked great for me. I limited to 4 stars as I agree with other posters that they can be difficult to slip on due to small opening without much give. I dont have wide feet and was able to pull them on with a pair of no show socks and arch supports. It took some pulling and adjustment but I got them on. You can't make the opening wider as it is round and attached to the tongue. Otherwise, once on I was able to wear to beach and removed once wet. They dried pretty well over an hour in the sun and breeze and were them back to guest house. I couldn't wear them all day, I need more arch support and more support in the sole but they worked great for part day wear.

I love these shoes! They are exactly what I was looking for. They were extremely comfortable and have a couple of holes for venting air and water. I wore them tide pooling in California, hiking to a waterfall in Hawaii, and walking around a few other places. They are very breathable, and the upper fabric is stretchy and comfortable. The soles are supportive and a great width. Plus, they are attractive shoes. I highly recommend these.Originally I had bought the Adidas Women's Outdoor Terrax Climacool Boat Sleek Water Shoe, but I hated them. They're cute, but they are some of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried on. The sole is minuscule--it covered a little more than half the width of my foot. I tried wearing them around my house for a little bit, testing to see how it would be wandering around Hawaii, and my feet hurt within a couple of minutes. Those shoes got sent back to Amazon. Honestly, who has feet that narrow?

I wanted these so bad. The left one fit perfectly. Unfortunately mesh stretchy top part of the right o r was far too tight. There’s no way I could have worn that all day, and that stretch stuff being as elastic as it was would not have loosened with wear. As the shoe itself was the perfect size. It was the elastic mesh stuff that resembles a classic water shoe that they use in place of a tongue that was far too tight on just one shoe. Originally I was going to keep them in the hopes I could find away to get that stuff in the right shoe to loosen up, but realistically that’s not going to happen. They are so cute. I wish they would have both fit, and I know a half size up would be to big. Everything else they say good about this shoe is true. They're grippy, adorable, and otherwise would be super comfy. I’m thinking someone just sewed in that top part on this one shoe. Wish they had another pair I could try.

I look for shoes with zero heel rise and a wide toe box, which these have.Only reason for 4 starts is that the sole is already starting to wear down after only a month of occasional wear; for the price, I hoped these would last longer.
