Men's Oo9264 Mainlink Rectangular Sunglasses

Great for big head guys like me! I wear sz 8 new era baseball cap to give you an idea. I need it something bigger than 140 mm temple to temple and this sunglasses are perfect! Very light and fit me great!

I love these glasses, and have every variation of them. I also own many many different Oakley's. Each in a different color. Why, you may ask, because it took a long time to find the perfect fit for my wide angular face and big noggin. During our pandemic, stores were closed, so I would order glasses from many vendors, and realized that Oakley's were simply better than the dozens of cheap options. There were a couple of decent inexpensive options. But now, having fallen in love with the Os, I will probably have two dozen cheap outside that I could, but most likely will not wear. Live and learn during a pandemic. I have a couple of the Holbrook XLs, which also are good for the man who wears the largest hat size. But Main lines are wider. I can not claim to know that I wear the largest hat, but in 1980, the movie Urban Cowboy, was very popular and I was modeling during my grad school days. On the runway, they would yell out "get him the largest hat". I worked for several of the world's most famous designers. Odd, for a child born in Maine, and photo shooting western hats in Key West.So, I have a very angular, but wide face. Main link glasses, are the widest, in a conservative non wrapping style, that is not huge vertically, and a "normal " sized arm, that I have tried. With high chiseled cheekbones these glasses fit like a dream. As with all Oakley's, they are so comfortable you may wear them all day and chances are your feet will give out before you care to remove your glasses. I can not say that about my prescription 1 grand glasses, with a nose piece that drives me to distraction. Thankfully, I do not believe Oakley has any torturous nose pieces. And the weight of their sunglasses is negligible. In Florida, where the heat and humidity melts everything, nose pieces and glasses of any weight , feel as if they are burrowing into your skin. They leave you feeling exhausted, and glasses slip and slide, never giving you a break from the weight and indentations on your face. Just as nylon mask wraps torture the backs of your ears.Main link Oakleys, fit so gently and balance so nicely, I never find them out of place, crooked, uncomfortable, and the vision is always spot-on. They also have variations from sport to conservative business attire. I will wear my polished black on black with confidence, in a 3 grand suit. I know ski with the colored lenses appropriate for conditions. Although, I prefer to wear wraparound models on the slopes. I wish I had these frames with prescription lenses. I would never feel out of place, and comfortable as H E double hockey sticks.Try them. With Prime you may find your perfect pair. And pay far less than the mall, or Sunglass Hut. And if you might think Oaks are falling out of favor, then why are they working with the National Football league to create the new protective helmet faces? So, you have a wide face, and all the sunglasses you see do not look like the magazine pictures on you, try a pair of Main Lines on. You just might be looking in the mirror at that handsome man you almost gave up on. It took dozens of pairs for me. I hope my endless efforts will help my challenged brothers. I wish someone had given me this advice. Perhaps, this was meant to be my cross to bear. We chose sunglasses for protection, and style. It's true, women are not the only vain animals. And most people are lying when they say I don't care. They are lucky or have given up. Oakley's lenses give all the great protection they are praised for. And, they package it with timeless style.

Despite the lenses being 61mm wide (compared to say 66mm of the Oakley Double Edge's) the frame is the most comfortable I've experienced for plastic/acetate frames. I do worry about the rubber falling off the bottom of the arms one day, but unless that day is within the next 5 years (of expected light use), I'll keep the perfect rating for these sunglasses.

Nice sunglasses and are legit. I did register them on the Oakley site with no problems except they registered with the Canadian Oakley website but I don't think that will be a problem. They came with all the correct paperwork and box with the registration card. The best way to tell if they are real or not is if there is any optical distortion when looking up or down through the lens. Any fake Oakley that I've ever seen has distortion and these have none.

A lot of people were concerned about how big the frames were and I can tell you that they're great! I had the original Mainlink for many year but I'm super happy I switched to the Mainlink XL because the coverage over my eyes is phenomenal! And as someone that works outside for 12 hours a day.... I can say that it makes an enormous difference! I will let you guys know that the Prizm lenses do have a grapefruit tinge to them which at first is strange but I got used to it and it doesn't bother me a bit! The UV protection is unparalleled!

Amazing pair of sunglasses. The size is just right. I have owned numerous pairs of Oakley's over the years, mainlink, Holbrook, flak, etc. Most os these seemed to grab my head a little tight and I could certainly feel it behind the ears. The rubber on the Mainlink and Mainlink XL is what lead me to this pair. The XL size is perfect for me. The PRIZM deep water lenses are great, but are definitely on the darker side, so would be best for very bright sunny days and not so much overcast. I will say though that the rose base does make them seem a little lighter, and the contrast on the water is incredible, especially for deep sea fishing. Highly recommend. Also, my sunglasses came in perfect condition, box was unblemished, came with original paperwork. 100% authentic.

Received it in a damage box of oakley! Come on.... Amazon, next time send it with an Amazon-Box delivery.... not in a plastic bag! Disappointing....!! 🤬Update: 02/04/2020After looking for several places to put my prescription lenses on, This wonderful sunglasses did not want to hold my prescription lenses. I have gone to Visionworks and Lenscrafter, they said it won't hold it. So, a bit disappointed but I am Ok with it. I returned it, since it won't be used at all. Nice sunglasses!

Super light and comfortable. An all-round design that looks good with just about anything. I have the prizm tungsten lenses, which have a pleasant sepia hue and just the right amount of glare reduction. The military green frame is darker and more brown than expected, but looks great with the lens color.

These have been smashing glasses. I tried them on in a shop first as I have trouble finding sunglasses to fit my wide nose bridge. They are really comfortable to wear and stay on my head, not slipping down my nose when leaning over.The Prizm lenses are fantastic! Colours are bright and clear, reflections are reduced due to the polorized filter. Well worth the extra £s.

Fantastic lenses. Always been a fan of Oakley polarised lenses but these are much better. Great in the sun but also very good colour separation and definition in low light which makes them great for driving. Highly recommend!

Love these pair, this is my second one as the Mrs lost the first pair got them for a bargain at £128..

Fantastic genuine Oakley Mainlink black iridium polarised sunglasses. Came in original box with guarantee with soft material case. Very comfortable. I was worried they might be fake or counterfeit but they weren't. They are genuine and surpassed my expectations. Very pleased with them.

It was a present and my husband loves the glasses. obviously we tried somewhere in store before buying online. I would never have bought sun glasses without trying.
