Preformance/Cost !
I Wanted Something A' Little Kinder' to Some Of My More Touchy Sauces... Had Used The Big 'C'. Line (brand) In The Past And Was, Shell I Say Happy With The 'Performance' But, The Price !?... So I Decided To Give The 'FlavorStone' A Trial... And These Pans, As The Old Commercial Use To Say..." Put A Smile On A Pasta Loving Face" ! ;-) And Clean-Up Is A Breeze ! I Will Purchase Again.

Loved it, Was exactly as described
Update: Loved it, Was exactly as described. But not anymore, after I found my oatmeal dried out while cooking in the sauce pan. Was able to save the oatmeal for breakfast by adding water, but the sauce pan lost its non stick capacity. Therefore, the sauce pan no longer non stick, Sad.
