No this is a capacitor for the outside unit for your AC there are surge protectors that are for power surges.

what is amrad 200 and 200x difference

The AMRAD 200 has a maximum 67.5 mFd. The AMRAD 200x is 97.5 mFd.

Can i get this delivered over night? Which it will be july 1st

I believe you can but it’ll be costly.

What's the Amrad part number on this? My old cap is an Amrad p/n 9200.

Amrad has it 9200 but other stores assign different part #s, latest Turbo 200 has an added orange terminal. I didn’t use it for Trane AC/Air Handler xl14i wired same as the old capacitor, working fine.
