How do you move the cursor around if there is no touch pad or mouse input?

When the keyboard is paired and connected, you move the cursor the way you would with any other keyboard. You can always touch the screen, even with the keyboard connected.

Is the keyboar and case compatible with infinity ipad 10 x7 inches

The case fits a 7 or 8 inch tablet. The tabs that hold the tablet have a little bit of movement to them but it would not stretch enough for a 10 inch tablet.

can a wireless mouse be used on this keyboard?

Should be because it will sink from the tablet bluetooth.....I dont use one but should work ok.
