I wasn't sure what to expect with this purchase (as no one had reviewed it when I bought it), but I figured that I couldn't go wrong with the price. Boy: was that a good decision! I am very impressed with this item. The see-through pockets are made of a thick plastic material that seems like it will resist tearing well and also protect its contents from moisture; mine was rained on the other day-- long story-- and the paper and bows inside the pockets were completely unharmed. Each of the four pockets has a sturdy zipper sewn to the plastic and a fabric-covered cardboard insert for the bottom of each pocket to give it structure and improve its weight-baring capacities. The main compartment would fit eight to ten rolls of paper (mine currently holds six with plenty of spare room), and its zipper runs the full length of the bag for easy access. The hook for hanging the bag is connected to a stiff, strong cardboard topper that is sewn into the bag body; there is also a fabric loop attached sturdily to the top that works well to support the weight of the bag's contents. The only reason I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars is because it is not long enough to house long tubes of wrapping paper. US-standard, three-foot (0.91 meter) tubes fit without a problem, but I have a few rolls that are 3.33' (1 meter) tall, so I cannot zip the bag closed while they're in it. Still, it holds and protects everything pretty well-- even without being closed all the way. Overall, this product is well-crafted, strong, and very effective at what it is designed to do; plus, you can't beat the price + Free Super Saver shipping!

I'm very happy I bought this hanging wrapping storage bag. I really like that I can hang it in a closet where it is more easily assessable than in the basement or under the bed. The four pockets are great for keeping scissors, tape, ribbon, etc organized.After reading a previous review regarding the size, I did order two bags to keep holiday paper and other themed paper separate. I'm glad now to keep them separate to make the paper I'm looking for even easier to find.My only complaint is that it was listed as 40" tall, but it actually just under 40" tall. My 40" wrapping paper rolls stick out the top. I don't see it listed as 40" anymore which is good.Overall, I'm very happy and would buy this again!

This is a great concept, but SMALL. It only holds like 3 rolls of wrapping paper in the center... If it were larger, and held more, I'd be ecstatic! But alas... it does not. I'm a bit disappointed. If you're buying something for storage... make it functional... I don't know many people who only have 3 rolls of wrapping paper... If it help 6-8 rolls, it'd be perfect! Just make the center part bigger!!! And, instead of the zipper pockets on both sides, on one side, how about just a nice pocket to store gift bags and/or tissue paper? That'd make it lots more convenient!

I had one of these several years ago that got lost in a move. When I realized that my wrapping paper etc was getting out of control, I looked for another one at Amazon and found this. Looks great, price was decent, but quality could be a bit better. There are four side zipped pockets to hold tape, ribbon, scissors, etc. It would be nice if they had combined two of these so that you had a place to put gift bags which will not fit in this bag. This works and I'm glad I purchased it, but just wish it were a bit more like the one I used to have.....

Bought this storage bag because of its value pricing and because it seemed as though it might be convenient and simplify the task of frequently accessing wrapping paper, ribbons, and gift cards. Unfortunately, the actual cubic inch capacity is rather paltry and the material used/stitching employed for the bag is flimsier than it should be. As a result, we still needed two containers to hold all the wrappings, tags, supplies, and bows/lengths of ribbon. If you have more than 6 rolls of paper and two bags of stick-on bows, I would take a pass on this admittedly appealing storage bag and look elsewhere.

I will admit that I did not read the measurements OR look at how big my wrapping paper rolls were. All but one of my rolls were too long. In desperation, I ended up cutting them all down. (Thankfully, my hubby has lots of saws in the garage...) I would have LOVED this if it had been 3 inches longer!!! I like the quality of the make, the side pockets... the whole thing. I just assumed that it would fit the majority of paper rolls... and apparently, I buy larger ones than "normal".

The gift wrap storage bag is great. It holds several rolls of wrapping paper, bows, tags, etc. There were a couple drawbacks which kept me from giving it a 5 star rating: it does not accommodate longer rolls or gift bags and if you load it up with wrapping paper rolls then the pockets on the side don't give a lot of space for bows, ribbons, tags, etc. However, for the price and the amount of storage promised this is a great product and I will be purchasing another for all of the extras that didn't fit in the first!

This is a great product for holding a few rolls giftwrap, tags, and bows. I like the convenience of the hanging bag, and being able to view what's there through the clear plastic. The outside pockets are great for bows.It does not hold the long rolls, and is not handy for folded paper such as tissue paper, though it does fit if you do not have it packed full with rolls of paper. It is not as strong as, say, polypropylene, but it does the job nicely for a few regular-length rolls plus bows, and at a low price.
