Guitar World Presents Metallica

I wanted to include this book with my grandson birthday present as he worships Metallica. I first saw it on the Guitar World magazine web site, thought I would see if Amazon had it less expensive, guess what you did. Thanks Sue Aldrich

I bought this book mainly for my son. It provides a nice overview of the band's career up through "Death Magnetic." I've had a subscription to Guitar World for years so I've already seen these articles when they came out. So, this book is best for someone who wants a reference book or who was too young to be around when most of this stuff came out.

This book covers Metallica's timeline in a different way. I liked the details on music they write and the processes of each album. I recommend it.

omg this book guitar world presents Metallica is so awesome.. because its real and its the members of the band telling the story through interviews, with guitar world.. as a Metallica fan I have so much enjoyed this book must read for all Metallica fans. thumbs up most defintly.
