Native American Cookbook

I remember a few from my childhood, good recipes and fairly accurate ingredients. I always adjust recipes to my individual taste .

Good basic information, but not much of it. This might make a better secondary source with other, more complete references.

Not a great book....I wasn't impressed.

It gives some over view but not in any context of a meal.

Unfortunately most recipes are impossible to realize as you cannot get hold of the main ingredients. Too bad really as it would have been fun to try out another cuisine...
