You need to splice to incoming power supply in the wall otherwise the unit is self-contained.

It can be installed via a dimmer switch, but it is not equipped with such a switch.

Sorry, we haven't developed adjustable lights yet. Do you need a light with adjustable brightness or a light with adjustable color? Maybe you can install an adjustable switch to adjust the brightness.

They don't need an earth but today all electricals should be earthed to meet the regs
