Looks fine to me. I CANNOT believe that some people here think this is for use in the baking oven in 220 degrees, that is why it will BURN. It’s just for proving, especially baguettes not baking them. Use baking paper if you must. Duh!!

Works well and certainly helps prove, and handle, soft baguette dough. Easy to clean, just brush off excess flour and any dried dough.

Non è lino ma è bello spesso è funzionale. Consiglio di dargli una bella sciacquata anche solo con acqua prima di utilizzarlo perchè l'odore è parecchio forte.

Très bon produit correspond à mes attentes

A mi marido le dio por hacer pan y compramos esta tela de lino para panadero. La verdad es que va genial para fermentar las masas: no se pegan, mantiene bien la forma y ayuda a que las baguettes queden con buena textura. El tamaño (90 x 60 cm) es más que suficiente, y el tejido se nota resistente y de buena calidad. Un básico muy útil si te has animado con el pan casero.

Un telo che ognuno che si diletta a fare lievitati dovrebbe avere in casa . Un ottimo prodotto. Uso domestico,il mio utilizzo per pane e pizze . Lavato con acqua e sapone neutro, ma in genere si sporca solo con farina,quindi una sbattuta e ritorna come nuovo.
