I love my hat it was perfect

Very fun hat! I'm excited to be able to agree with other shoppers that said this hat is great for this price. My husband's head is approx. 23 inches. (It says the hat fits up to 221/2) so I took a chance for the reasonable price and bought it. It fits him a little tight from front to back (the sides are a little looser) but is not so tight that it would give him a headache, lol. The top hat looks good and is lightweight which is nice on the neck and it is staying on well enough that it wont' fall off. He likes it and it looks cute. Since it will be used at most twice a year, I'm very happy to have found this one for this price. It can easily be decorated more with one's own ideas. I'm tempted to get a second one as a decoration for my A Christmas Carol party.

The Good: Overall the hat looks good. Even though it arrived dented, the *dent* popped right back out leaving no noticeable marks. The brim is perfect. No denting or odd shaping. It looks nice too. The "felt" on top looks right and feels nice and it has a very nicely done silk looking ribbon around the bottom. It should fit "many" people. I arrived overnight - literally at 4am. The Bad: It doesn't fit all or even most. (1/2 star off) It is about a size 7 1/4 and is rigid, no elastic lining. Personally I think the company would do better to have TWO sizes, one about 6 - 6 1/2" and the other 8". Both with an elastic liner that would allow pretty much ALL adults to wear one or the other. It would certainly help cut down on their returns. The packaging could be improved - this is where it loses the other 1/2 star. Even an extremely thin box would help it to not be crushed. Amazon shipped mine in a plastic bag, not a box so not only was it not able to be seen as a "crushable" item but it was allowed to be crushed by whatever other packages being transported. Would I recommend it? Yes. As long as you understand the sizing and are willing to insert/glue your own stretchy lining to make it fit if your head is smaller than a size 7 1/4. Would I purchase it again. No, not for me. It did not fit.

Good Halloween accessory. I have wore it two years in a row. Good quality for the price. Good for a period piece. I also wore it as Wonk this past year.

Low quality. Think cheap costume hat. It was too small for a grown man and very cheap material. It arrived bent and dented. The hat is very thin
