Conversations with God, Book 4: Awaken the Species

This book has inspired me beyond measure, and that is all that I can ask for. It is very special in the sense that it helps you move foreward in intergrating and demonstrating who-you-really- are, Which is God. The book delves into a few topics. Such as highly evolved beings helping us move forward as a collective. It gives explanations in metaphysics and energy- but in a way that is extremely thought provoking and nothing I've ever read before. It spoke about space and time which astounded me and left me in awe. What I resonated the most with, was about how we already know what we know, we've heard that we-are-God before, yet we don't act like it or deomostrate this in our lives. We don't act like or resemble lives of someone who is 'awakened '. I know that this is true for myself.. If this is true for you too, then this book will indeed help you. As the book goes on, it explains 16 items describing the differences between Highley Evolved Beings ( HEBs) and humans, and how you can apply and embrace them into your life to live an awakened life. On top of that, there is also 7 tools given to help you integrate the CWG principles, or your God-Self, into your every day life, interactions, thoughts etc. What I also loved about the book is the fact that is shows that we already know it all, we have already shown ourselves that we are capable of demonstrating an ' awakened' life because we do a lot of it everyday, but we just need to do it more and more. The more I read the book, the more it managed to sooothe me on my own spiritual dilemmas and sometimes even bring me to tears with its resonance. I think this is a book that can change your life, I know this surely true for myself. I'm now reading it again! I would suggest that you read the book throughly and absorb the messages that are written. With all that being said, I will leave a few of my favorite quotes; " The truth is that you are awake, you just don't know that you are. So in that sense, you're not. You're not awake to the fact that you're awake. So it feels as if you're not awake. " " You're becoming more and more conscious everyday of what's going on, and that's going to help you to remember who you are- and inspire you to begin acting like it. " " And the world may indeed change, may indeed be " saved" by your decision to begin acting as Who You Really Are - but that will not have been the point of it. It is your personal evolution that will be the point and the purpose of every and any change you make in how you move through, and experience, the world." " Divinty comes in many shapes. The form that you take is one of them. So if you want to experience that God is helping you, look to yourselves and your own highest Wisdom- but then don't hesitate to look as well to all the Manifestations of Divinity available to assist you." " .. when I said that everything that ever happened, is happening now, and that will ever happen, is happening right now, I meant " everything" in the biggest sense of the world. This includes every possibility and every outcome and every future you could imagine- and some of which you have not begun to conceive...The future is assured. But which " future" you experience is up to you " Ps; the pages of this book is absolutely stunning, and I am IN LOVE with the cover!

It has opened my eyes in so many ways. This may be a very unpopular opinion buts its mine non the less but I believe the way in which we teach religion today keeps us in a state of being separated from GOD and that he is this outward being we should seek because otherwise his judgment and vengeance will have our souls living for eternity in total damnation, and we must repeat and learn every scripture and judge those we see not living by those scriptures and tell them GOD would never except who you are right now. From a young age I always felt close to GOD just by speaking to him he gave me comfort always, so much so i would shed tears after talking to him or singing songs to him. I truly loved him and his peace and grace that he gave me and once the church got hold of me every aspect of the way I loved GOD was incorrect and it had to be done in the church's way. Its not a coincidence in my church's anyway that most people in church don't feel welcoming or filled with GOD's love because they seek him outwardly so in that lack of awareness (based off of my experiences I repeat) affected how they showed GOD's love to others, and it was usually in a very non excepting kind of way. This book has only reinforced for me what I new when I was a child and that is that I am a child of GOD because GOD resides in me and we are one he lives in me and I will always try to move in way that is by my higher self which is love. That simple moving through life choosing love and not hate will always send you down a path of GOD not judgement about every little thing we do here in this reality in which he gave us free will to make our own decisions in terms we consider good, bad, right or wrong he loves us no matter what. In that peace we can live free to love everyone and respect all aspect of humanity even when its not perfect. This book and the 3 before it are so worth reading, something in this book will spark your soul.

Nearly 20 years ago I read a book that set me on the path I am today, Conversations with God. It was a book at the time that was not short of its controversies, for it gave a different portrait of who God is in proportion of who we are, and raised many an eyebrow that God was actually having a conversation with Neale. Since then a series of Conversation with God books have been written, and I must say I read them all. I felt rather sad that The Conversation with God series had ended…until earlier this month, when I discover that Neale Donald Walsch has come out after 10 years of writing the last book, Conversations with God book 3, with his new book: Conversations with God book 4, Awaken the Species. I’ve just finished reading this book, I read through it so fast, that I’m sure I will read it again. If you are a follower of the Conversation with God books, you will absolutely gain much wisdom, some refreshers, and guidance in this one. And if you are curious or a believer in HEB (Highly Evolved Beings) from another dimension, which you may call aliens, than you really want to read this book, because the species that is to be awakened is us, and those who will assist in this is them, in fact they already are, but I won’t give it away, you’ll have to read the book. ;-) If you never read any of the Conversations with God books, I suggest you start with Conversations with God book 1 and uncommon dialogue. However with book 4, it perfectly fine to start with it. If you are really stuck in the dogma of religion you may hate it or call it blasphemous, if you are open to exploring with new interest a different concept of this being we call God and her views, you may find it refreshing and informative, and if you’re trying to find a deeper meaning of self and this thing we call life, you may find it transformative. I feel it an amazing book perfect for this time…as you will soon learn as you read the book, as quoted by God “ You are already awake, but just don’t know it yet”.

Essentially, this book is a moral code of conduct: be positive, avoid negativity, help others, etc. BUT drowned in a metaphysical new-age-law-of-attraction soup, with aliens from other dimensions, afterlife, energy-vibration-frequency pseudos-science (as usual for this type of literature). Just an example of a headache you get when you read the following: "and the particles are then gathered by the soul that inhabited the body (after cremation, that is), and reunited with the mind and the spirit..." How am I supposed to understand that? What particles? Chemical elements the dust is made of are somehow taken to "heavens" by the soul that was actually in the body? Anyone with a fundamental scientific understanding of particle physics will find this statement to be sheer nonsense. The "advanced" forms of life, in Neale's imagination, are also communist (no property, no profit, no boundaries, just flying in the sky and sharing everything). While theoretically this is a noble idea, its practical application so far didn't succeed. Neale is surely an example of the capitalist model, despite the message of his books. Speaking of the practical application, this whole dialogue series is just a pseudo-inspirational metaphysical hot air. You read it, you feel uplifted for some time, but then nothing changes or comes out of it. Ironically, after 25 years of "conversing", Neale is back at square one, complaining for the last half of the book as well as the epilogue, that he couldn't apply it in his every day life. He keeps on asking how to "make it real", but the book remains exceptionally vague. In fact, it could be summed up in 3 or 4 pages, but the writing skills of Neale allowed him to digress over and over again. The whole content is like sand trickling through your fingers - there is nothing left in the end, except for one funny thing: the mentioning of a scientist turned transcendental meditation zealot J.Hagelin, which led me to a witty documentary on this whole movement - David wants to fly (2010). I recommend watching it to get an insight into human propensity to seek world peace/god/divinity, which could also explain the success of the whole CwG series. A few words on this CwG "phenomenon". Neale Walsch created this whole marketing story: unemployed suicidal man in crisis, waking up in the middle of the night, taking notes from god and finally putting it into a book. In reality, what we really know from his biography is what he tells us. It's worth noting however that he worked as a radio host/pr agent, so he knows how to get his message across to the pubic. The idea to present the content/his personal philosophy as a dialogue with god is surely a winning step. Another smart move was to take a falsely humble stance of a flawed struggling unthreatening hero, so that the public would be empathetic. Finally, he wrote more that 25 books, which is a BIT more compared to the promised "divine" initial trilogy. So what came out of this whole series? A couple of so-called foundations, to which people donate hoping for world peace, millions of books sold making Walsch and numerous publishing houses rich, some free content and forums, which cost nothing to create online. It may have made you feel better at some point or gave you comfort, but in the end, it's just rehashed new age / platonic unsubstantiated ideas that can make you simply delusional.

Good book.

One of the best books I've ever read on the subject, and that's saying something!

Although I haven’t started Conversations With God, Book 4: Awaken the Species yet, I’m close to finishing Book 3, and this series has already been a transformative journey. The insights and wisdom in these books have deepened my understanding of the universe, life, and our purpose within it. If Book 4 continues the profound and enlightening themes of the earlier installments, I have no doubt it will be just as impactful. This series is a must-read for anyone seeking spiritual growth and a greater connection to the universe. I highly recommend diving into this series—you won’t regret it!

One of the best books I read this year! Answered all my questions about being true to yourself and live your life fully. Truly inspiring.
