Ravioli roller
This was the fastest, most foolproof ravioli that I have ever made! I would recommend this product. It makes puffy pillows and cuts them out with no trouble. Just roll out the dough to the size you want, spread the ingredients over half of the dough, on the other half brush beaten egg or water to seal and fold over the filling, pat out any air bubbles and roll! Just imagine what filled cookies will be like...

Disappointing for Ravioli - still works for other things.
I got it almost entirely with Ravioli in mind, but it's not great for that. It doesn't cut through well and more often than not it fails to seal the ravioli. But it's still great for making bow tie pasta and anything else you might want to cut into little zig-zaggy squares.

I am disappointed in the way this cuts ravioli
I am disappointed in the way this cuts ravioli. The edges are not wide enough so it does not put a good seal on the edges of the ravioli. The filling comes right up to the edge and often does not seal. I've heard of people using it to cut bow-tie. I can see where it would be fine for that.

ravioli roller!
The Best Ravioli Roller ever. The ravioli squares are deep to hold plenty of fillings unlike the other rollers on the market which as you roll the contents fall out. Great customer service from the manufacturer!Thank you sellers for your service.

Follow instructions and it almost works...
Key notes:0. Your filling should have chunks of "crunchy peanut butter" size or smaller... otherwise the "cut" of the ravioli won't push the filling away from the edge.1. Egg-wash before you put the filling on -- otherwise the raviolis won't seal (at all)2. Thickness of filling very important... too thick and it won't work.3. Dust the top with flour before using the ravioli cutter... otherwise it sticks4. It's still helpful to have a fork to pick the ravioli off the pin sometimes... there's a knack. That being said, it made some awesome crab ravioli!Hey manufacture... if you really want to fix it, make the cavity have a "press" edge and a "seal" edge in each cavity. Then this would be -awesome-. I know it quadruples the amount of plastic used, but...

It’s a send back.
I’m used to using a hand stamp for my Ravioli. I wasted so much dough trying to get this to work. So I sent back.

Nah
Kinda worthless. Impulse buy and it didn't make life very simple at all.
