So far, 4 nights in, it has significantly helped with my husbands snoring and I am able to sleep!!! Very please with this product. Have been telling co workers about it and how it’s helped my husband.

This product purports to relieve snoring. Well, it just does not. First of all, the nasal sprayer didn't dispense a fine mist, it took many pumps from what I thought was a defective nozzle to get any liquid, which just ran down my throat. So, I'm out the $$ and I found a product in the pharmacy that was less expensive and worked immediately.

The tincture is effective when sprayed into nostrils of upturned head. However, the spraying mechanism on the bottle failed after 18 uses (3 nights), leaving 2/3 bottle filled with no way to access the tincture short of destroying the bottle. Disappointing.

Good however need more

After trying everything under the sun, I think I might have found the "miracle" product. I am now 2 nights in. My snoring went from about 24 occurrences to about 10 or 11, and even when I snore it is much lighter. The only issue I am having is getting it really further down the nose (into the throat), but I will keep practicing. So for now, I am very happy and will put an update a little bit further down the road.

This allows you to breathe a little bit! I’ve read plenty of reviews on this; I thought it would help with snoring but, unfortunately not. I even paired it with Breathe Right strips and used it by itself and it didn’t help with my snoring.

The first night I spent with my girlfriend was supposed to be the best night for her but I soon found out that she couldn’t sleep. Why? Because I snore. I never knew I snored and I think this might have developed over the years. But anyways, I quickly understood that I needed to fix this because, while it is not my fault that I snore, but it’s basically my snore that’s causing her to lose sleep. And that is very bad. With a very open minded, I started looking for something. I tried stripes and tiger devices. They worked for a night or don’t work at all. This one does. They said to do 5 or 6 pumps in each nostril. After the first month of using it, I started doing only 3 pumps which works just fine and recently I have been skipping nights and every other night and my girlfriend has not complained which means it seems that this thing is cleaning my nostrils. I also went to the doctor and spend 1300 and they gave me something which failed to work. And they told told me I am gonna have to do surgery. So far this little thing makes my girlfriend sleep well which is exactly why I am very satisfied and writing this review.

Not sure how it’s supposed to help, but I bought it in hopes it would help reduce snoring. It did nothing. Very disappointed it costs so much and offered no reduction in snoring.
