I read a few reviews about it being tight and it’s true however it’s casted plastic. Small casting lines on each side need smoothed out but it’s a great product and for the price you should be ready to prep the part as any professional installer would! Got it quick and was exactly what I needed.

This product works just fine. There are plenty of YouTube videos on how to do the delete. You may have to give this a little tap with a hammer if it doesn’t pop right in where the oil pump was (very light tap, if you actually have to force it in something is wrong). Make sure the flat side of the shaft is facing the left (the actual gear that turns the oil pump is on the left).

Used on 02 Mercury V6 240 EFI. First off, you get what you pay for. Don't expect some billet part... this thing is 3D printed, it's plastic. Ended up being a good thing since it didnt fit in the block, needed to sand down slightly and make a little smaller for it to slip in. Very easy fix, sandpaper and 5 minutes. Go slow with the sanding, don't take off too much material or you may end up with a leak. I am leak free after about 2-3 weeks of running this on my Seadoo Challenger 1800.

Purchased this to do the auto oiler delete in my 175 Sport Jet. Works exactly has it should. Easy install and now never have to worry about the oil pump failing. Make sure you look up info on how to do the project first though.

Great kit at a great price. Includes the bolts, O-ring and the plug. No longer need to worry about the plastic gear failure killing my 03 Merc 240 EFI.Thanks again!
