Spicy & Delicious!
Loved these carrots. Only complaint I have is that they are a LITTLE spicy (hot) for me. I temper that by rinsing them,. removing the Jalapenos, put them in a rice vinegar/water solution, leave them in the refrigerator for a few days and they are still hot, but something I can tolerate. Great flavor.
