National Geographic Kids Wild Tales: Ella's Bath: A lift-the-flap story about elephants

My one year old daughter loves elephants and recently has been scared of the big bath tub, so I thought this story would be perfect for her to see a little elephant having fun taking a bath! The story is actually not really about that, it is more focused on how Ella elephant tells on stork for stealing her branch and then Mom helps her get back at him by tricking him. The pictures are nice and flaps are fun (although not the quality I was expecting for a $10 board book) so it is a shame that the story is so odd. I expected more from a National Geographic book!

Gave this as a gift. The flaps are sturdy and the pictures are fabulous. The story was fictional and relatable.

Photographs of elephants placed in a cartoon pic for kids -- my toddler loves it.

My daughter really loved this book. She especially enjoyed lifting the flaps to see what was hiding underneath. Excellent book for any child, but especially for children who have trouble staying engaged.
