I read this book to my 3rd grade class recently and they loved it. The book is full of great facts about the White House. The stories of events that happened are written in an interesting way and my kids were fascinated the entire time we were reading it. The vocabulary was perfect for 3rd grade or above. The illustrations were very well done, and I was particularly fond of the boxes with extra facts. This is a wonderful book in a wonderful series, and I highly recommend it for any children seeking nonfiction books to read.

Wonderful read for adult and children !!
My Granddaughter read this book and asked for help making a replica of the Oval Office for a book report. I ordered the book so I would be able to help her. It is a great book for a child ( she is 10 years old) but I must say I really enjoyed this book ! A lot of facts and history in this book ! Can be used for a reference book in the future.
