How do you know if you've received a counterfeit one?

I don't believe it is counterfeit. I have always been pleased with my amazon purchases. This product has a wonderful smell and my hair is smoother because of the product. I believe I received the real thing!

I just purchased my first bottle - the spray does not work. The container contents are thick like a regular conditioner. Is this normal appearance?

Mine did the same thing.I just took the sprayer out,put some hot water in the sink,then pumped it several times.Then tried it again in the bottle.It works!!Much better
